K-Ingleside derailed on Junipero Serra Boulevard near Sloat Boulevard, an intersection where three lines merge—one coming up from 19th Ave on a diagonal, another from Sloat Blvd, and a third along Junipero Serra Blvd, moving onto West Portal.
