Unfinished History

This is actually 23rd and Chattanooga; the streetcar tracks going straight through the intersection are those of the 11-line and a dead giveaway, as the line ran 22nd/Chattanooga/24th, up to the vicinity of Hoffman Street.

Both buildings in the foreground are still standing. The building on the left side of the street is an art studio, the one on the right is a private residence.
